Healthmarque Pty Ltd was founded Edward Butterworth and Elizabeth Butterworth in 1995 to promote the use of a European reflex orthotic to help manage spinal problems other postural problems with good results.

However in 2000 we redesigned the orthotics around a new scientific principle relating to direct muscle stimulation via the physical properties of connective tissue fascia.

Liz Butterworth is the company administrator and controls the manufacture and supply of our orthotics to our practitioners around Australia.

The particular Mission Statement is to make mothers aware the importance of looking at the shoes of their prepubescent daughters s to detect an uneven heel wear that can lead to a spinal problem.

The Healthmarque orthotics have their effect by stimulating foot muscles which will strengthen the arches as well as balancing the muscle chains that help control posture.

The common hard orthotics support arches by an external force and by taking over the muscle function and may weaken them.
